Dr. Aref Ali Nayed, head of the Ihya Libya, said that the central bank has become a self-pulling machine for extremist groups, believing that the oil-production agreement will work to dry up the sources of terrorism and finance chaos in Libya.

In his statements to “Libya News 24 Agency”, Al-Nayed stressed that the re-production and export of oil will revive the economy and provide services if oil imports are actually directed to serve all Libyans in the country that is completely dependent on oil liquidity. However, he stressed the importance of protecting imports from corruption. And from misuse and from financing terrorism and wars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Islamic State terrorist group likely will launch an attack on Italy within weeks, not months, according to a senior Libyan government official.<\/p>\n
