The head of Ihya Libya, Dr. Aref Ali Nayed said that the statements of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi during his meeting with the sheikhs and elders of the Libyan tribes are very important, especially what he talked about entering and leaving at the request of the tribes that this entry will be at a Libyan request, and that the exit will be by a Libyan order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He explained that President Sisi is keen on the Libyan feelings and this concern for Libyan sovereignty, explaining that this speech differs from that arrogant speech that the Turkish Chief of Staff said at the Libyan Maitika base, without the presence of any Libyan representative, even from his allies or clients in the Government of National Accord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Islamic State terrorist group likely will launch an attack on Italy within weeks, not months, according to a senior Libyan government official.<\/p>\n

Aref Ali Nayed<\/strong>, Libya\u2019s ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, said in an interview that one likely method of attack would be to use stolen Libyan airliners now believed to be in the hands of Islamists in Libya.<\/p>\n\n\n
