Dr. Aref Ali Nayed, head of the Libyan Revival Bloc, declared his victory over the terrorist Brotherhood in the American courts after a court ruling was issued to dismiss all the plaintiffs’ claims against him, in the civil case No. CKK 20-298<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a statement issued by Al-Nayed’s office, \u201cOn June 25, 2020, Judge Colin Collard-Kotelly, District Court Judge for the United States for the District of Columbia issued a judicial order dismissing all plaintiffs’ claims against Defendant Aref Al-Nayed, permanently omitted, based on the final administrative dismissal of The plaintiffs’ attorneys accepted all of their claims, as per the Federal Civil Procedure (Procedure 41a1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Islamic State terrorist group likely will launch an attack on Italy within weeks, not months, according to a senior Libyan government official.<\/p>\n
