Aref Ali Nayed, head of the Ihya Libya, issued a statement regarding a court order in a civil case filed against him in the American District of Columbia by the Muslim Brotherhood. Nayed said in his statement that Judge (Colin Collard-Kotelly), District Court judge for the United States for the District of Columbia issued a court order \u201cto drop all plaintiffs’ claims against defendant Aref Nayed, permanently omission\u201d based on the plaintiff\u2019s \u201cvoluntary final dismissal\u201d by the plaintiff\u2019s attorneys for all their claims. Nayed praised the American law firm and team, led by an attorney (David Barron), for their successful defense strategy and memoranda, which forced the plaintiffs’ attorneys to retract and finally drop all the false claims and claims against Nayed, and to close this civil case against him.
