The Muslim Brotherhood in Libya, through the group\u2019s leader, Ali Al-Salabi, began to mobilize for the upcoming Libyan presidential elections and launch a new vision under the title “The National Project for Peace and Reconciliation”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Libyan sources confirmed that Al-Salabi and a number of Brotherhood leaders are preparing to hold meetings in Turkey to arrange the group\u2019s papers before announcing the date of the elections in Libya, explaining that the group has launched a systematic campaign and defamation of any Libyan figure who attacks the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Islamic State terrorist group likely will launch an attack on Italy within weeks, not months, according to a senior Libyan government official.<\/p>\n

Aref Ali Nayed<\/strong>, Libya\u2019s ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, said in an interview that one likely method of attack would be to use stolen Libyan airliners now believed to be in the hands of Islamists in Libya.<\/p>\n\n\n
