The Ottoman ruler, Recep Erdogan, is still seeking to plunder the gas wealth in the Mediterranean, by concluding suspicious agreements condemned by all countries around the world, the most recent of which was the agreement he signed with the head of the collapsed Libyan Presidency Council, Fayez al-Sarraj, in Istanbul.
