Aref Nayed led a Libyan delegation attending the International Defense Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. On the sidelines of the conference, Chief of Staff General Abdul Raziq Naduri and Aref Nayed met with officials from Egypt, France, Italy, Jordan, and other countries to discuss cooperation and countering ISIS.
