Libya – From Revolutionary Legitimacy to Constitutional Legitimacy

The origin of this paper is a lecture given by Dr. Aref Ali Al-Nayed, at Georgetown University on November 4, in which he discussed the importance of moving to a constitutional framework as a basis for legitimacy and inclusiveness in post-revolution Libya.
