On Wednesday 21st October, Dr Aref Nayed delivered a keynote speech at the Cambridge Inter-Faith Programme at the University of Cambridge. In this seminal lecture, Dr. Nayed, in his response to Professor David Ford’s Muscat Manifesto, charts a robust and penetrating theology of compassion that revives the traditional science of Islamic theology and charts a way forward for a rich and mutually engaging interaction among the Abrahamic religions.
