The head of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies, Dr Aref Nayed issued a statement on Saturday in which he pledged to file lawsuits in several countries against a group of people, days after a forged page bearing the name “Libya is the soul of the homeland” attributed statements to Dr Aref that he has confirmed he had not made it in the first place.
