The Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies, Dr Aref Nayed met, during his visit to Cairo, the Egyptian Assistant Minister of Defense for External Relations, Major General Muhammad al-Kashki, in the presence of the Deputy Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Administration of Libya and a representative of the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
