The Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies, former Ambassador Aref Nayed expressed his disappointment with the briefing given by the envoy, Ghassan Salamé on Friday evening, stressing that it did not clarify anything and that the most important thing stated in it was that he relied only on the inclusive conference without explaining what it is and further he made it a pillar for the coming period without explaining its nature.
