The Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies, Dr Aref Nayed participated in the bicentennial celebration of the Russian Institute for Oriental Studies in Moscow in the presence of representatives of the Russian presidency and its government; representatives of the two chambers of the Russian legislative authority; envoys and ambassadors of several countries; and a large gathering of academics and specialists in oriental studies from around the world.
