Dr Aref Nayed, Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies (LIAS), said, “What happened in Sirte after its liberation is a good indication of what will happen to Tripoli after the liberation, as the aspects of normal life in the city have returned quickly and schools and hospitals have already reopened while police are everywhere in the city.”
