Dr Aref Nayed, Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies (LIAS), gave a lecture on the Libyan-Greek relations and the decisions of the Berlin meeting and its consequences at the Greek Club of Armed Forces Officers in Athens during a workshop organized by the Research Center for European and American Studies.
