Dr Aref Nayed, Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies and advisor to the Libyan Parliament, confirmed the Libyan Parliament’s rejection of the memoranda signed by Turkey with the so-called Government of National Accord in Tripoli, pointing to the end of the mandate of Al-Wefaq since 2016.
