Dr Aref Al-Nayed, Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies and President of the Ahly Benghazi Club, won the first place in the “LaGrinta Sports Foundation Award” as the best club president in Libya after the crowd voted and he received more than 13,000 votes.
