The head of Ihya Libya, Aref Ali Nayed, said that postponing the presidential elections over and over since 2011 is the main reason for the bloody struggle for power.
Nayed added that the last official postponement of the elections occurred when the elected parliament was seated in 2014, when the parliament approved that choosing the president of Libya should be through direct presidential elections.
