Tunisia – The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya surprised the great friend of the Libyans by signing an “ambiguous” agreement with the Turkish Central Bank, a move that comes a few days after the visit of the Minister of Interior of the Government of National Accord Fathi Bashagha and the head of the State Council, Khaled al-Mishri, who are affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood organization, to Turkey At a time when the crisis escalated between Bashagha and Prime Minister Fayez al-Sarraj.
The Turkish Central Bank announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with its Libyan counterpart to establish the necessary ground for cooperation between them on issues of concern to central banks.
