Ihya Libya, headed by Aref Nayed, welcomed the two statements issued on Friday by the Speaker of the Libyan Parliament and the President of the Presidency Council of the Government of National Accord, who agreed to declare a ceasefire on all of the Libyan soil, and to return to the “Libyan-Libyan” political dialogue.
