In a statement issued by Al-Nayed’s office, “On June 25, 2020, Judge Colin Collard-Kotelly, District Court Judge for the United States for the District of Columbia issued a judicial order dismissing all plaintiffs’ claims against Defendant Aref Al-Nayed, permanently omitted, based on the final administrative dismissal of The plaintiffs’ attorneys accepted all of their claims, as per the Federal Civil Procedure (Procedure 41a1).
