Dr. Aref Nayed, head of Ihya Libya, answered a question posed by the media, Muhammad Al-Mulla, about the quality from which Fayez Al-Sarraj derives his legitimacy.

Nayed explained, in a video conference with the media, Muhammad Al-Mulla, in the “Diwan Al-Mulla” program, on YouTube, that according to the Libyan courts, there are more than 17 cases that Al-Sarraj lost altogether, indicating that according to Libyan law, his presence is not legitimate and that the Libyan Parliament, Which is the last elected body in Libya does not consider it legitimate.

And the head of Ihya Libya added: It is strange that the international community has done what we can call a double recognition, as it recognized the Libyan Parliament and is still recognizing it, headed by Chancellor Agila Saleh, and this is a valid recognition because it recognized the Libyan electoral legitimacy.
