Dr. Aref Ali Nayed, head of the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies, said that the Cairo Declaration initiative announced by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, yesterday evening, Saturday, could be implemented on the ground, pointing out that the matter is very simple, as it includes a ceasefire, and this is what will entail Opening up political tracks that will lead to safety and peace in Libya.
He added, during an interview with the Al-Arabiya news channel, that the Cairo Declaration initiative is a crystallization of weeks of hard work, thanking the Egyptian diplomacy for these efforts that received strong international support, and this was evident in terms of the distinguished presence of all countries concerned with the ceasefire in Libya, in addition to international support data that followed the initiative, especially from Washington and Russia.
