The Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies, Dr Aref Nayed and potential Libyan presidential candidate, confirmed that the arrest of the Egyptian terrorist Hisham Ashmawy is the best proof and evidence that the Shura Councils were supported by some political bodies and economic entities in Libya to be the military arm of some political Islamic organizations, congratulating the leadership of the Libyan National Army for its efforts to control the most dangerous elements in North Africa.
