The Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies, Dr Aref Nayed affirmed that his foreign policy will be based on mutual respect with all countries, if he should be elected President of Libya.
He stressed during a press conference held in the Russian capital, Moscow, that his external political path will be balanced with all countries, regional organizations and international unions, noting that it will be near the League of Arab States and the African Union, who have strong relations with the European Union and Mediterranean countries, declaring his keenness to follow a balanced approach with the United States of America, the countries of the West, Russia, China and the five members of the Security Council.
