Dr. Aref Ali Nayed, head of the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies, a public lecture entitled “Libya: Towards Exiting the Crisis,” in the historic hall of the Institute of African Studies in Moscow, affiliated to the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The lecture was followed by a lengthy discussion session with professors, specialists and postgraduate students at the institute.
