The head of the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies, Aref Nayed, renewed his warnings to the UN mission to Libya about the transitional and partial implementation of the Skhirat Agreement, in addition to the consequences of legitimizing military and security formations at the expense of the army and police institutions.
Nayed, Special Commissioner of the United Nations Secretary-General in Libya, Ghassan Salameh, called for providing urgent support to the Red Crescent, civil defense, hospitals and Libyan teams, in order to provide safe humanitarian corridors to evacuate civilians and the injured and provide them with treatment.
