The head of the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies, Dr. Aref Nayed, said that the elections are a national entitlement and that no country can enjoy legitimacy except through the funds.
Nayed stressed, in an exclusive interview with Libya TV, last Tuesday, the necessity of holding elections at the end of the year to renew the country’s legitimacy, pointing out that the current constitution was written in difficult circumstances and did not include the Tabu and Berbers.
