The Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies (LIAS), Dr Aref Nayed revealed that LIAS developed a vision called the Libya Revival Initiative 2023, which aims to advance Libya’s future at all levels and fields.
Nayed added in an exclusive interview with Libya’s Channel, which was broadcast through the “More” program and monitored by the channel’s website, that this vision has emerged from specialized work teams that have plans for the most important priorities in the Libyan issue and will undertake the many reforms required in Libya, through commitment and teamwork.
Nayed pointed out that the Ihya Libya 2023 initiative will continue and uses the competencies and experiences of many individuals who were excluded by the political isolation law, explaining that these people have provided a lot to Libya and the country can benefit from them in the economic, educational, scientific and all fields.
