The Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies, Dr Aref Nayed said that the elections are a national entitlement.
Nayed indicated that elections must be held at the end of the year to renew the country’s legitimacy, stressing that the current constitution was written in difficult circumstances, as it did not include the Tabu and Amazigh.
