Dr. Aref Nayed, head of the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies, and with him the political advisor at the complex, Mohamed Bosafita, met this morning, Tuesday, with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, in Moscow.
The meeting focused on developments in the Libyan arena, the invalid agreements that Sarraj had concluded with the Turks, the seriousness of the Turkish military intervention, and ways to unify efforts to confront it.
