The President of the Libyan Parliament, Agila Saleh, confirmed today, Sunday, that a new government will be formed in Libya from the three regions, expressing his rejection of foreign intervention in the country.
In a recorded televised speech, shown today, Saleh called on the residents of Tripoli to stand by the National Army, indicating that a new constitution for Libya will be drawn up and general elections will be held.
The Libyan Parliament Speaker also called on sister countries to support the Libyan army and the elected parliament.
