“Mubtada” obtained a copy of the security and military agreement signed on 27 November in Istanbul, under the title “Memorandum of Understanding” between the Minister of Interior of Al-Wefaq and the Turkish Defense Minister, “Hulusi Akar.”
The document consists of 20 articles, which are separate from the maritime agreement, and the Turkish side adopted it last week through its House of Representatives in Ankara, while the Presidency Council adopted it individually.
