An urgent visit, recently made by Aref Nayed, a supporter of Khalifa Haftar, and a former Libyan ambassador to the United Arab Emirates appointed by the Tobruk government, to the American capital, Washington.
Nayed’s visit, which he made on October 24, came at a time when the US House of Representatives was studying a bill on stabilizing stability in Libya. It was submitted on October 11 by four members of the US Congress, led by the representative of the state of Florida in the US Senate Theodore Elliott Deutsch.
