The head of the Libya Academy for Advanced Studies, the former Libyan ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Aref Nayed, British Prime Minister Theresa May, called for resolute, deterrent and urgent measures to be taken regarding the statements of British Foreign Minister Boris Johnson, and an immediate apology to the Libyan people.
Nayed, in a press statement today, said that he addressed the English ambassador to Libya, Peter Millett, denouncing Johnson’s statements about the need for Libya to get rid of the corpses, to become a destination for investors and tourists, describing them as insulting to the humanity and the dignity of the Libyan people.
