Canada’s Ambassador to Libya, Isabelle Savard, met with Presidential candidate and Chairman of Ihya Libya, Dr. Aref Nayed, at LIAS offices in Tunis, to discuss events in Libya, and ways to ensure timely, free, fair, and transparent presidential elections.
