UK Ambassador to Libya, Her Excellency Caroline Hurndall, met with Presidential Candidate Dr. Aref Ali Nayed, Chairman of Ihya Libya (Reviving Libya).
They discussed the latest developments in Libya as the current Roadmap approaches its end, and possible ways to overcome political and legal issues faced by the country. They also discussed ways of restoring electoral momentum towards Presidential and Parliamentary Elections; including social fabric engagements. They further reflected upon the ongoing consultations on both the constitutional and the 5+5 tracks in Cairo.
