Presidential candidate Dr. Aref Ali Al-Nayed, the Head of Ihya Libya Bloc, met this Thursday with His Excellency Dr. Alvaro Bordallo Sainz, the Head of the Spanish Embassy Mission in Libya, to discuss the situation in Libya and the importance of supporting the initiative of UN envoy Dr. Abdoulaye Bathily towards holding presidential and parliamentary elections in 2023.
