The head of the Ihya Libya, Aref Ali Nayed, thanked the United Nations for beginning to respond to the calls of many Libyans for absolute commitment to a specific date for urgent, internationally supported, and monitored presidential and parliamentary elections, by announcing the date of December 24, 2021 as a specific date for the Libyan elections, and demanding that these elections be officially declared.
