The Libya Institute for Advanced Studies sent an urgent letter bearing the seal and signature of its president, Dr Aref Nayed to the UN envoy to Libya, Ghassan Salame following the threat made by the commander of the Presidential Western Military Region, Usama Juwaili in a statement issued by him to target Bin Walid Airport if the air traffic is not stopped there.
