The Libya Institute for Advanced Studies sent an urgent letter, stamped and signed by its president, Dr. Aref Nayed to the UN envoy to Libya, Ghassan Salame following the threat launched by a militia commander in Tripoli named Usama Juwaili in a statement issued by him on Monday evening wherein he targeted Bani Walid Airport and declared it closed, although nothing did fall within the spatial jurisdiction of the Presidential Western Military District.
