The Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies (LIAS), Dr Aref Nayed praised the Egyptian efforts to unify the Libyan military establishment, noting that there are attempts to thwart the moves that Cairo is taking to unify the Libyan army and further stressing that Egypt has provided the sons of the Libyan military establishment the appropriate environment to meet with Libyan officers.
