The Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies (LIAS), Dr Aref Nayed revealed that there is a major move by the Social Council of the Warfalla tribe in the city of Bani Walid to organize the largest meeting of Libyan tribes and cities in the country’s history, after the success of the Social Council in achieving a reconciliation between Tripoli and Tarhuna. This qualifies the city of Bani Walid to lead a real national reconciliation process to end the state of conflict and tension in the country, according to Nayed.
