The head of the Ihya Libya, Dr. Aref Ali Nayed, said that the keys to success in the political track during the upcoming meetings are full and urgent transparency and disclosure regarding the composition and mechanisms of the Libyan political dialogue, and absolute commitment to a specific date for immediate, supported and internationally monitored presidential and parliamentary elections.
Nayed stressed, in a press statement to him, that inclusiveness encompasses the entire Libyan social fabric, respect for Libyan demographic realities, as well as regional historical specificities, rejection of policies equivalent to any form of bullying and persecution by any person, group, tribe, or city, to protect. The participation of women, youth and the least number of components, and insistence on professional standards and fair procedures regarding all appointments.
