Dr Aref Nayed, Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies said on Monday that Ghassan Salamé had the courage to submit his resignation following all his efforts for Libya, calling on Fayez al-Sarraj, who has been ruling in the name of the civil state for more than four years without election or parliamentary confidence, to submit his resignation.
