The Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies, Dr Aref Nayed thanked His Excellency Ghassan Salamé on having the courage to resign and for all his efforts for the sake of Libya, calling on Mr Fayez al-Sarraj who has ruled in the name of the civil state for more than four years without election or parliamentary confidence, to also submit his resignation.
