Dr. Aref Ali Nayed, head of the Ihya Libya, confirmed that the oil-production and export agreement broke the deadlock between the parties and opened an important new negotiating line.
In his interview with “Libya News Agency 24”, Al-Nayed said that it is of course a fragile foundation, but that it can be installed, developed and built upon, and that if the intentions are true, everyone adheres to transparency, good and fair governance, and closing all doors of corruption and takeover.
