The Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies, Dr Aref Nayed said today that the Government of National Accord, at the conclusion of the third hearing of the International Criminal Court on the case of Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi has completed the shame of underestimating the Libyan national sovereignty, by announcing that it will accept Saif’s trial outside Libya.
