The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr Agila Saleh mourned the passing of the former Prime Minister of Libya and the Head of the National Forces Alliance, Dr Mahmoud Jibril.
The Chairman of the Libya Institute for Advanced Studies, Dr Aref Nayed bade farewell to the deceased in a post on his personal Facebook page, offering condolences to his family, companions, loved ones, colleagues and friends.
