Aref Ali Nayed, head of the Ihya Libya, described the agreement to resume Libyan oil exports as courageous, stressing that the agreement comes and Libya and the Libyans are in dire need of the flow of state revenues.
Nayed added, in a statement, today, Saturday, that the agreement addresses the deep causes of wars and tensions, and opens a new page of equity for all regions, cities, villages and citizens.
